Ballarat Rod Run

The Annual Ballarat Rod Run is on again, November 24-26 2023

Our aim is to provide a family fun, action packed weekend for our entrants.

HERES THE PLAN....

Friday 24 November

5pm-8pm - Registration: Bench session at the Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park.

56 Remembrance Drive, Cardigan. Roast Rolls provided, Happy Hour 6 -7pm (BYO after 7pm).

Saturday 25 November

8am -9:30am - Breakfast: Bacon & Eggs Sandwiches, Cereal, Juice, Coffee & Tea at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park. Late Registration.

10:30am Observation Run commencing from Holiday Park. Line up at the exit 

and we will provided you with your Question sheet.

12:30pm Optional Lunch at The Park Hotel.  American Style - 12 hour slow cooked Brisket, Sliders, Coleslaw, Corn, Southern Fried Chicken, Rolls. Nuggets & Chips for the kids. Live Music. – Meal cards must be pre purchased before October 31st.

5:00pm Sausage Sizzle at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park.

7pm-Late Disco Bowling at Ballarat Tenpin Bowling, Raffles, Trophy Presentations & Kids Colouring Competition. Free Shuttle Bus to and from Big 4 Holiday Park and surrounding Motels, until close. 

Sunday 26 November

 7:30am – 9am Breakfast: Pancakes, Cereal, Juice, Cofffee & Tea at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park. 

10am Show & Glow display at Springfest, Lake Wendouree. Cars must be in by 9:30am

Live Band, Dance Floor, 100s of stalls. Trophy Presentations.
